What is the 3-hour promise?
Our express laundry is ready in 3 hours, or it's free. Terms and conditions apply; mention "express" when you book and we'll confirm the timing.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes. Free on orders of ₹399 or more, ₹50 below that. We cover homes within 2 km of our Kudlu store.
How is wash & fold charged?
By weight: Wash & Fold ₹95/kg, Wash & Iron ₹115/kg, plus fabric softener at ₹5/kg. Minimum 4 kg, because we wash every customer's clothes separately and never mix them with others.
What does * next to a price mean?
It's a starting price. Heavy embroidery, silk or designer work can cost more. We'll tell you the exact price before we start.
Can you remove every stain?
We treat stains carefully, but some can't be fully removed. Point out tough stains at pickup so we can look first.
Anything I should do before pickup?
Empty all pockets: cash, jewellery, earphones. Please collect finished orders within 30 days; items left longer may be donated.
